J.D. and current licensure

Profile
· Responsible for coordinating and processing Employment-Based Immigrant and Non-Immigrant US visas and high volume of L and E processing and case management.
· Advises employees, managers, and other corporate clients as to legal rights.
· Conducts legal research, interviews employees, prepares legal briefs, appeals, and affidavits of documents, develops strategy and arguments in preparation of case.
· Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations.
· Files documents with the USCIS and the court clerk.

Experience
2 solid years in business immigration law in-house and at a law firm
